Building American Manufacturers for the Long Term
We acquire, invest in, and grow manufacturing businesses with the goal of building stronger companies—not preparing them for the next sale.

Firm Overview
Ventoux Industrial Holdings is a long-term investor in manufacturing businesses across the United States. We invest our own capital and partner with owners and management teams to preserve what makes their businesses successful while providing the resources and support to build for the future.
We understand that selling a business is about more than price. It represents years of hard work and carries important responsibilities to employees, customers, and the legacy an owner has built. We approach every opportunity with transparency, respect, and a commitment to finding a structure that works for all stakeholders.
Our flexible approach allows us to invest across a wide range of situations—from successful family-owned businesses planning a generational transition to underperforming or distressed companies with strong underlying operations.
For new platform investments, we typically seek manufacturing businesses with $20 million to $100 million in revenue. We also acquire smaller companies that complement and expand the capabilities of our existing businesses.
Investment Focus
We believe American manufacturing is entering a period of renewed growth. Reshoring, supply chain security, increasing defense investment, and continued demand for highly engineered products are creating significant opportunities for domestic manufacturers.
Ventoux invests in businesses positioned to benefit from these trends. We support our companies with long-term capital for advanced equipment, automation, capacity expansion, and operational improvement—helping them compete on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
We primarily seek platform investments with $20 million to $100 million in revenue, while remaining flexible for larger opportunities and smaller strategic acquisitions that complement our existing businesses.
We are particularly interested in manufacturing and industrial businesses across the following sectors:
Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing
CNC & Precision Machining
Investment Casting, Forging & Metal Forming
Tool, Die & Mold Manufacturing
Metal Stamping & Sheet Metal Fabrication
Plastics & Engineered Materials
Flexible Packaging
Wood & Architectural Products
Industrial Products & Components
Value-Added Industrial Distribution
We remain open to opportunities outside these sectors where our manufacturing experience, capital, and long-term ownership approach can create value.
Transaction Types
We take a flexible approach to transactions and understand that every business and ownership situation is different. Our experience allows us to structure straightforward acquisitions in both traditional and complex situations.
We are comfortable with a broad range of transaction types, including:
Majority & Control Buyouts
Asset Purchases
Corporate Carve-Outs & Divestitures
Recapitalizations
Debt Restructurings
Bankruptcy 363 Sales & Article 9 Transactions
Sale-Leaseback Arrangements
Real Estate Transactions
Regardless of the transaction structure, we are guided by a few simple principles:
Simplicity: We favor straightforward structures that are easy to understand and designed to get deals done efficiently.
Transparency: We communicate openly, honor our commitments, and work to avoid surprises throughout the transaction process.
Cultural Preservation: We build on what already makes a company successful. Our approach emphasizes investment in people, equipment, capabilities, and growth—not unnecessary disruption.
Legacy Preservation: We respect the years of hard work required to build a successful business and take seriously our responsibility as its next owner. Our goal is to build upon that legacy for years to come.
